Preparation of ingredients

Material

400g oysters, rice (3 bowls), dried seaweed (for rice spoon) 1-1.5 tablespoon, tofu 1/4 mo

Broth: Water, green onions, 2 pieces of kelp, 12-15 anchovies, 2 spoonfuls of cooking wine, a slice of radish

Boil water, green onions, 2 pieces of kelp, 12 to 15 anchovies in soup, 2 spoonfuls of cooking wine, and a slice of radish.

Dip oysters in salt water (4 cups water + 2/3 spoon of sea salt) and shake them gently with your hands
Remove the remaining oyster shells and foreign substances and hold them in a sieve to drain them.

Take 1 to 1.5 spoons of seaweed with a rice spoon, soak it in water, wash it thoroughly, and remove moisture.

I wanted to eat it neatly, so I only removed the head of the bean sprouts.
Remove the root of the enoki mushroom..
Cut water parsley, tofu, chives, green onions, and red peppers to make them easy to eat.

Boil it

– The brewed broth is sifted and only the soup is taken out separately..
Slice the sliced radish and prepare it.

– Then… pour the clear broth in just the right amount.

– Put radish, seaweed and bean sprouts on top. Add 1 spoonful of salted shrimp. I used ground salted shrimp. ^^

Boil the bean sprouts until they are cooked.

Add minced garlic and enoki mushroom tofu green onions and boil them again.

Lastly, put a lot of oysters..
Add water parsley, chives, and peppers to your taste.

The seasoning was a little bit of fish soy sauce, and I finished it with salted shrimp.
(If you don’t have soy sauce… You can add a little bit of fish sauce.)
