140g cream cheese, 35g sugar powder, 1 egg yolk + 1/2 egg yolk

Put almond powder, gravity powder, baking powder, skim milk powder 2 to 3 times..

Making Toppings Cream
Put it on a clean empty bowl with the water removed
(140g cream cheese + 35g sugar powder + 1 egg yolk + 1/2 egg) Add
Use a whisk to form a soft cream.

The topping cream is an ingredient to put in the muffin dough, so please prepare it in a piping bag.
Making cream cheese dough




1. Gently release the cream cheese and butter, add the sugar and continue stirring until the sugar dissolves.
2. Divide the eggs 3 to 4 times and mix quickly so that the layers are not separated.
3. Add the sieve powder and use a spatula to stir evenly until the raw powder is not visible to complete the cream cheese dough.

Use an ice cream scoop to spread the dough and put it in a muffin mold.
If you don’t have an ice cream scoop, you can use two rice spoons and take them out.

Make it in advance and insert the topping cream into the top cream dough.

I also sprayed Sobol powder on the side.

Baking

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
