250g oysters, + 1 spoon of lemon juice, 1 handful of shredded radish, 1 handful of water parsley, 5-6 stalks of chives, 1 bowl of shredded garlic, 1 red pepper, 1 cheongyang red pepper
Seasoning: 2~2.5 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoons of sugar + a little bit of salt, 2~2.5 tablespoons of anchovy sauce, 3~4 tablespoons of vinegar, 1/3 tablespoons of minced garlic,
1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1/2 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1/2 tablespoon of ginger liquor (cooking liquor), appropriate amount of sesame seeds
How to wash oysters
There are different ways to wash oysters.
If there’s a lot of oysters, grind a piece of radish in a mixer and make it juicy
If you put radish juice in the oyster and stir it evenly, foreign substances (red) attached to the oyster will be blackened in the radish juice and removed neatly. When rinsing, soak it in thin salt water and rinse it several times.

The amount is small today, so I’ll wash it in salt water.
First, put enough water in an empty bowl, release salt, and add oysters.

Put your hands in and stir lightly.
Then foreign substances in the cave come out like this.
Sometimes there are oyster shells attached to the coffin..
Check each egg and remove the oyster shell.

When rinsing oysters, wash them several times with a thin layer of salt water

Preparation and grooming of ingredients

You can also cut the length of the water parsley.

And I also sliced 1 ton of garlic like this and put it in.

Now that the ingredients are all ready, you just have to season them.
Seasoning

First, add half a spoon of sugar and a little salt to the radish and leave it for a while.
And then
2~2.5 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2~2.5 tablespoons of anchovy fish sauce, 3~4 tablespoons of vinegar, 1/3 tablespoons of minced garlic,
Add 1/2 spoonful of red pepper paste, 1-1.5 spoonfuls of oligosaccharide, and 1/2 spoon of ginger liquor (cooking liquor).
Since your personal taste is different, you can add or subtract little by little to suit your taste.

If the radish is seasoned red..
Please add the rest of the vegetables, too.
